Food and wine pairing is the art of matching to enhance the dining experience. “It is our goal to achieve balance and harmony in our food and wine” – our Executive Chef Roy and his professional team from Taiwan, dedicated to offering its superb European cuisine with fresh ingredients, from serving business lunch, afternoon tea, full-course dinner, to our beautiful Tapas, and matching each of them with the perfect wines.

EYAN, our fine dining restaurant, perfectly illustrates the palate balancing relationships – fine wines and great food pairing philosophy. We invited the renowned Hong Kong wine and food critic, Mr. Chi-Sun Lau, to be our fine dining consultant and guide the taste for harmony to the next level. The restaurant also includes the one-of-a-kind underground wine cellar in Fuzhou.

Our Happy Hour menu not only serves exclusive wines from Grace Vineyard, but also other world wines, spirits, and cocktails.
