Vineyard Region : Shanxi & Ningxia Grape Variety : 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot Length/Type of Fermentation : Each parcels of fruits source from Shanxi & Ningxia were harvest & treated separately before blending together according to the designated style of house red wine. The fermentation extraction were carefully made to make sure its remain freshness in the wines. Length/Type of Aging : A small proportion of the wines undergo MLF and short aging period in older oak to adds complexity. Alc : 14.1%vol Tasting Note : Dark red with crimson hue. A fruits driven, spicy wine with subtle oak influence. The palate is medium to full in texture with delicate amount of fruit sweetness and tannin density. An easy going wine best with food or by itself.
