The juice were partially receive via saignee (bleeding) and whole bunch press. 
Low temperature (around 11℃ ~ 14℃) fermentation takes place in stainless steel tank for over 3 weeks. The wine stays on lees for over 5 months with minimum stirring to encourage more roundness in this wine. 

Length/Type of Aging : Unwooded.

Tasting Note :

Rose gold in color. The wine exhibit profound notes of guava, citrus, melon & spice hint. On the palate, it is light to medium in texture with sweet fruits sensation. It finished dry with a nicely crisp acidity. A good summer drink.
