Tasya's Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2017

Grape Variety : 100% Cabernet Sauvignon

Length/Type of Fermentation : 

Fermentation conducted in stainless steel tank with extended maceration. Minimum racking and filtration conducted prior to bottling to maintain the full flavour profile of this wine.

Length/Type of Aging : 12 months barrel aging. 10% New French Oak + 50% second used French oak + 40% 3rd used French oak.

Tasting Note : Intense ruby red in colour. The nose display the aroma of ripe red/dark berries, sweet spices, tobacco & ripe capsicum. On the palate it is full and well structure with good amount of tannins / acid balance.

Naming the series after his first granddaughter, Anastasya, our founder Mr. Chun-Keung Chan expressed his aspiration and commitment that his successors would continue to improve on this series of wine for years to come. We intentionally make this series into all single-varietal wines, in order to express the character of each grape planted in our various vineyards in China.
