Tasya's Reserve Cabernet Franc 2018

Grape Variety : 100% Cabernet Franc

Length/Type of Fermentation : 

The fruits is de-stem and lightly crush into stainless steel tank. The wines fermented at fairly high temperature with routine pumping over.

Length/Type of Aging : 

Combination of 25% new French oak barrels and 75 % 1st & 2nd & 3rd use barrel. Total of 15 months spend in 225 liters barrels. We do minimum fining on this vintage & conduct only polished filter prior to bottling.

Alc : 15.5%vol

Tasting Note : 

Dark red with crimson hue.

Ripe & rich berries fruits, ripe pepper & cedar oak dominant on the nose. Full strength palate with well polished tannin texture. Persistent finish.

Naming the series after his first granddaughter, Anastasya, our founder Mr. Chun-Keung Chan expressed his aspiration and commitment that his successors would continue to improve on this series of wine for years to come. We intentionally make this series into all single-varietal wines, in order to express the character of each grape planted in our various vineyards in China.
