Grape Variety : 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 13% Merlot, 17% Cabernet Franc

Length/Type of Fermentation : The fruits were hand sorted, de-stemmed and transfer to stainless steel tank for alcoholic fermentation. Small portion of the fermented wine were undergo MLF in barrel.

Length/Type of Aging : 100 % New French oak for 15 ~ 18 months aging.

Alc : 13.0%vol

Tasting Note : Clear purple red. On the nose showing red cherry, cassis and green bell pepper, with lightly touch of musty and aniseed. Medium weight palate, it has sweet cinnamon and cloves, soft gentle tannins making this wine easier to approach at it youth, while not lagging the oak / fruits integrations and concentration for further cellaring.
