Grape Variety : 95% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Merlot

Length/Type of Fermentation : 

The fruit were gently de-stem and ferment in stainless steel tank. The fermentation extraction were carefully monitored to make sure its remain good fruit freshness in the finish wines.

Length/Type of Aging : 

A small proportion of the wines undergo MLF and aging in 3rd and 4th years old French oak.

Alc : 14.2%vol

Tasting Note : 

Deep garnet purple in colour.

Forward currant, vanilla, cedar & cloves aromas over a hints of leafiness on the nose.

Medium in bodied with good amount of ripe fruits back with firm-ish level of tannins.

A wine that made for early drinking for its freshness, but will benefit from mid term cellaring.

The Series is one of the entry-level wines

in Grace Vineyard. It's easy to match with

different dishes. It's a wine made for early
