Component of the blend :

Older vintage: 6 different vintages of Chairman's Reserve from 2001, 2005, 2008, 2009 and 2010 & 2011. These part of wines are from our proprietor private cellar. Every bottles were uncorked and tasted before we assemble into the blend.

Current vintage: 5 different vintages from 2016 to 2020. The aging process of these wine resemble the traditional liquid aging process of Solera system.

Tasting Note : 

Ruby red in colour.

Complex notes of blue fruits, red cassis & dark plum fruits. Showing little tertiary bouquet, but its on the positive side. It is open with abundance oak component (vanilla, clove, toast) that well integrated in the wine, a result derive from extended barrel aging (up to 5 years under “Solera system”).  

Extended aging in the barrel offering palate texture that are chewy, well polished & ripe coating.

The wine still at its youth, with its long length it will certainly carry itself through to the next decade.

Chairman's Reserve - Multi-vintage 11

The winemaking for this limited release wine began in 2016 right before our 20^th anniversary.

Each year, the winemaking team select parcels of fruits (wine) especially designated for this wine. The wine age in 500 Liters (Puncheon) French oak barrels, source from a boutique cooperage in France where the oak origins are from the forest of Troncais & Jupilles.

In 2017, a year after, we carefully rack and combine in another 500 Liters of newer vintage wine and add in an additional new.

The same crafting process continue for the following 3 years which brings in the final wine that we introduce here today.

The idea behind is to make a representative style of wine which reflects the natural of the assembled vintages, to celebrate our 25^th anniversary.
