Vineyard Region : Shanxi & Ningxia

Grape Variety : 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot

Length/Type of Fermentation : The fruit were gently de-stem and ferment in stainless steel tank. The fermentation extraction were carefully monitored to make sure its remain good fruit freshness in the finish wines.

Length/Type of Aging : A small proportion of the wines undergo MLF and aging in 2nd and 3rd years old barrel.

Tasting Note : Dark red in colour with crimson hue. Currant, earthy, leafy, cherry notes and hints of spicy cloves on the nose. The palate is medium to full in weight, with abundance amount of primary fruits characteristic back with firm tannins & acidity.

The Series is one of the entry-level wines in Grace Vineyard. It’s easy to match with different dishes. It’s a wine made for early drinking for its freshness.
