It undergo generous hand selection prior to fermentation & spend extended period of time on skin prior to pressing to achieve flavor balance.
Length/Type of Aging : The wine spend approximately 2 months in seasoned barrel for MLF, follow by further 14 months aging in newer French Oak.
Tasting Note : Rich dark red in color. Subtle aromas of cherries, truffles & floral notes. It is full bodied & solid yet not overwhelm by the fruit sweetness / ripeness level from the harvest. Long, intense with ripe creaminess tannins. Very Persistent.
