Length/Type of Fermentation : Whole cluster press with minimum skin contact time to keep the freshness of this Rose. Alcohol fermentation in stainless steal tan at low temperature for over 2 weeks.

Length/Type of Aging : Unwooded, with constant lees stirring in tank.

Tasting Note : Pale salmon pink in color. The nose display good amount of berry fruit, lightly spice and floral. The palate is dry with lingering acidity and length make it an ideal pair with shellfish dishes.
