Grace Overture Muscat Blanc 2025
Vineyard Region : Shanxi Grape Variety : 100% Muscat Fermentation & Aging : Since the early days of Grace Vineyard, we have been committed to crafting distinctive expressions of our journey. This year, we have once again selected local Muscat grapes from Taigu, Shanxi to produce a white wine. After whole-bunch pressing, the lightly pressed juice underwent a 15-day low-temperature fermentation. The resulting wine showcases pronounced floral and fruit aromas, crisp acidity, and a fresh, vibrant flavor experience. Alc : 12.5%vol Tasting Note : The wine shows a pale straw-yellow color. Aromas are fresh and elegant, dominated by white peach, lemon zest and a hint of pineapple. The palate is light and vibrant with crisp acidity and micro-bubbles. The finish brings notes of lemon fruit and ripe honey.

Grace Overture is our Limited Specialty Series dedicated to exploring unique winemaking styles and rare expressions. This white wine is made from 100% Muscat grapes sourced from Taigu, Shanxi. The grapes underwent whole-bunch pressing, and the lightly pressed juice underwent a 15-day low-temperature fermentation.The wine shows a pale straw-yellow color.
