Fermentation & Aging : Since the early days of Grace Vineyard, we have been committed to crafting distinctive expressions of our journey. This year, we are using Marselan to create a white wine from red grapes. The method involves running off the juice quickly with minimal skin contact. The resulting wine is slightly blush in color, with bright acidity and fresh fruit notes.
This wine is minimally treated, with only a small amount of sulfur added and no filtration.

A rare expression of Marselan crafted as a white wine, this bottling shows a delicate blush hue in the glass.

The nose opens with guava and tropical hints, lifted by bright red fruit aromas of cherries and strawberry.

On the palate, the wine is fresh and vibrant, with crisp acidity that frames the fruit core beautifully. The finish is clean and refreshing, leaving subtle tropical notes lingering alongside a whisper of red berry charm.
