Grace Vineyard House Red 2022 (375mL)

Grape Variety : 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot

Length/Type of Fermentation :

The fruit were gently de-stem, crush and ferment at moderate temperature in stainless steel tank. The fermentation extraction were carefully made to make sure its remain freshness in the wines.

Length/Type of Aging :

A small proportion of the wines undergo MLF and a short aging period in neutral barrels.
We practice low sulfur winemaking, only a minimum were used prior to bottling.

Alc : 13.5%vol

Tasting Note :

Dark red with crimson hue.
A medium body red wine with red cherries, Asian spice & light capsicum notes on the nose.
The palate is fresh with re-in force red fruit notes, coffee & hint of tobacco. A moderate-length, easy drinking red that can be drunk by itself or with food.

“Grace Vineyard House Wine” consists of only blended wines using grapes from the most recent harvest, and often serves as an introductory step to our vintage. It can be matched with a variety of foods, and is a very good choice as a daily wine. The series is a popular choice among many five star hotels and top restaurants.
