The fruit were gently de-stem and ferment in stainless steel tank.

The fermentation extraction were carefully monitored to make sure its remain good fruit freshness in the finish wines.

A small proportion of the wines undergo MLF and aging in 3rd and 4th years old French oak.

Alc : 14.0%vol

Tasting Note :

Dark red in colour with crimson hue.
The nose is elegant, with notes of red and darker fruits, spicy notes of cloves, coffee bean& vanilla, and a hint of herbaceous character that lends a fresh impression
The palate is subtly juicy, with a medium body and fine, polished tannins carry ripe cherry and plum flavours, leading to a pleasant, balanced finish.
A wine that made for early drinking for its freshness, but will benefit from short to mid term cellaring.
