Length/Type of Fermentation :
We harvest the fruits earlier to keep the natural acidity and freshness for Sparkling wine. Alcohol fermentation takes place in both stainless steel tank & in barrel. The wines were lightly filtered prior to secondary fermentation in bottle base on Traditional method.
The wine spends over 8 years on lees prior to hand riddling and disgorgement. Only minimum sulfur were added throughout the winemaking process.

Length/Type of Aging :
A small portion of base wines were age in barrel for approximately 1 year.

Alc : 11.5%vol

Tasting Note :
Red apple, lemon peel & hint of honeydew with toasty bread autolysis note. The palate is medium to full in texture with concentrated flavours of lemony fruits & peaches. The acidity level and sweetness are in balance with creaminess & floral tune. The finish is lengthy with pleasant buttery note.

Best serve with starter food or by itself as aperitif.

Angelina sparkling wine is made in accordance with traditional method (second fermentation in bottle).
